why ? You don´t have to use this feature

That might have been sarcasm.  Although I'm not 100% sure.

Feeling on this? That zero-g boost better not be pointed forward unless the target is pushed in that direction.

Didn't know you got a boost when you collided with someone, but wouldn't that apply to the person you run into aswell, making it pointless?

The only reason people will use this feature is to watch the Japanese skip half the stage on multiple areas throughout the game. No one will use this feature otherwise.

The only people who would use the feature is people who already own it, and why own it when you could play it? It's not like Mario Kart is the type of game you get any enjoyment over watching other people play. It's a racing game where there's just as much involved luck involved as there is skill. It's not like watching a pro player on Gran Turismo/Wipeout/F Zero, or a competitive fighting game where you're in awe how good these players are.

Don't care. Wheres my track editor?

As others pointed out, Mario Kart TV was announced back at E3 2013. It was in the Developer Direct for Mario Kart 8 and at the "roundtable" thing where they announced Wii Fit Trainer for Smash Bros.
