It is around the time i predicted the next Metroid game would come out, actually. I can't think of what else Sakamoto's SPD group could be doing since Game and Wario

but after otherM her suit is now confirmed to be powered by her love for Adam and just how close he is to her heart all the time.............................................

The guy is bit of lost cause, recently. “It is quite obvious why Other M did not succeed when compared to other Nintendo games; it features a female main character,” says Sakamoto, “Mario, Link, Kirby. Those are all male Nintendo characters that never fail to generate good sales.”

I personally wrote the story for the game so I know it can’t be that. I mean, I created a strong, female character that people just could not accept. how many games have been touted as the Super Metroid successor? Metroid Fusion, Metroid Prime, Metroid Other M.

I've been craving a new 2D Metroid (while I actually liked Other M, despite being disappointed, it doesn't count.) So please let this happen. Super Metroid and Metroid Prime will remain my favorite games of all time, but the series is starting to be forgotten by me except on my replay binges.

I wouldn´t be surprised.We´ll see how much damage Other M did to the franchise...why the hell did Iwata greenlit that aberration of a Metroid game?...it was a big mistake.

OT: Metroid 3DS sounds like a good prediction. I would think they would want Retro to make the next console Metroid, and they've just finished up with Donkey Kong... and we all know how long they take to make games.

How about two Metroid games, like Batman Arkham Origins and Batman Arkham Origins BlackGate? The main game would be a First Person Adventure/3rd Person Adventure game on the WIi U while the 3DS gets a 2.5D game that shares the same storyline?
