I was just realizing today that Titanfall is going to sell a lot of copies.....most of the people that have an Xbox One will be getting Titanfall.   So with Titanfall possibly being the next COD will Halo take a backseat to Titanfall or is Halo still the number one franchise for Xbox?

halo is still the fps king in my eye and i know alot of my friends who believe that way as well. In terms of exclusive yes , in terms of 3rd party taking the spot from halo. If titanfall gets a very dedicated fanbase built up, then maybe titanfall 2 can achieve that if halo 5 doesnt deliver.

Titanfall is gonna do good but it won't revolutionize the Online Only FPS space since many has failed and Titanfall will soon join the others too but then again PCs are different from consoles so maybe console players will be a little more lenient.

Impossible. Halo is huge that can guarantee to sell at least 7 million copies. Titanfall will be lucky to reach 5 million. Perhaps in a few years if people get tired of Halo and Titanfall becomes very popular, but otherwise no.

No, Halo has such a large Fan base it is not going to vanish overnight. Even myself who has migrated might be tempted to buy a xbone if they get rid of that Kinect shit, and Halo 5 comes out. Not fussed so much about remakes much rather the next episode of the epic journey.
