Sega need to get on that nexgen bandwagon.. And no. I was a Nintendo fan.. And left after they ditched revolution for wii

Fair enough, still that's doesn't mean what I said is wrong :P Oh and thinking again, PS3 was doomed by Nintendo fans too.

Where are they exactly? Is that all 3 million of them who ran to get a Wii U last year, practically stampeding over folks as they tore their way to the Nintendo section?

Are they dedicated like the PlayStation fans who supposedly bought the PS4 with no games, or are they more the "Where are the games?  What have you done for me lately?" type?

As a Nintendo and Sony fan I get tired of this "other games are a step down from Nintendo" attitude. I love Nintendo games. I wouldn't change them for the world because they're awesome for old-school fun. You know what you're going to get and that's fine because the core gameplay is so damn good, but Sony first party is just as awesome in a different way. They make weird games, games that many people hate. Uncharted came out and everyone called it "dude raider" yet it was awesome. LBP had weird little patched together people. God of War was just too gory...then you impaled a hydra and fell in love. They take some serious risk and don't give a damn about promoting a mascot as they love new IP. Nintendo represents refinement and core gameplay values while Sony represents whacky new ideas and cinematic gameplay (yes they have plenty of gameplay).

though i like sony alot too, sony fans are by majority are not legit. had a conversation with people at work, who claim they are sony die hard fans blah blah, so i ask: have you ever beat crash bandicoot, spyro, syphon filter, tomba, ape escape? "why would i play psone games"
....ok well how bout ratchet n clank, sly cooper, god of war, etc and so forth.

MOST of them are just ps3 fans off of 3rd party games, and a couple sony titles, mainly uncharted and socom.

at least nintendo fans have a history with company if they're old enough

PS3 was a failure financially, that ship already sunk. In terms of games PS3 was successful, so it was good for gamers but very bad for Sony.

No arguments here.

They're like a clingy girlfriend, no matter how much they get hurt they can't stay away from the big N. 

$600 for launch PS3 say otherwise ;)
