After reading it fully, I think it's just home consoles, 3DS and Vita are not included, or they can't spin it.

I wonder how the MS spin machine will work, after the 360 dies completely off and the Xone will only do good, but nowhere near PS4 numbers.

If it is PS4+PS3>Xbone+X360+Wii+WiiU it isn't that great becaue Wii+WiiU is almost nothing and PS4 2:1 Xbone

Now PS4+PS3>Xbone+X360+Wii+WiiU+3DS+PSVita that is just to great to be true (or to bad if others are bombing), because PS3 isn't that big.
