Not sure if it really means anything, but a new Mario Strikers would be a good choice to try to give sales in Europe a boost. I would buy it Day 1 if the online is really good. |
In some of their past interviews Next Level Games have said that Nintendo has been giving them increasingly popular franchises to work with so Star Fox is happening could be something bigger.
Also, /u/MrVanser over at reddit pointed out that Soraya Saga retweeted the JP Direct announcement and apparently only does this when X appears, not to get any hopes up.
Could be an interesting Direct.
They quite often go a little off topic, i.e. I wouldn't be surprised if Iwata talks about a fall 2014 game at the end. But this will probably focus on MK8 and another title that is close. A new SKU would be interesting. Maybe a SM3DW bundle.

I hope Wii sports baseball gets released tomorrow.

Nintendo Network ID: Sherlock99
Shemue 3 and Half Life 3 will be the first news, after that, the real megaton will show

But he works for Nintendo now so I don't think it's much of a surprise that he tweets about it. But Nintendo gotta get Mario Strikers out by FIFA. With good online play on it. |
Rather have a new Punch-Out!!! from them, but I'll gladly take Strikers.
Of course they will focus only for Spring, they are not gonna blow E3 again this year, they are saving the second half content for E3.
I'm gonna tag along!
