Hopefully a new survival horror game. They own part of the Fatal Frame franchise, and the WiiU gamepad is perfect for a camera game like that or Pokemon Snap. Maybe they paid Capcom to make another Resident Evil game exclusive to them. Maybe they finally decided to use the Eternal Darkness IP.

The last time they teased a new game it was just the port of Revelations. Not bad but not great either.
The timing could point to Sonic Boom. Hope it`s something actually new!

It's odd that they discount Star Fox and F-Zero so as not to build hype, but not mention Metroid. Especially considering the Samus pin that Reggie wore at VGX and - more annoyingly - pointed out.

That's actually very likely; I called it last year that one of Nintendo's unannounced 2014 titles would be Animal Crossing U.
