Sure. Here we go:

4th gen - Chrono Trigger

5th gen - Final Fantasy IX

6th gen - Shadow of the Colossus

7th gen - The Last of Us (it's the one I'm the most uncertain about. Maybe I need a few years to be 100% sure)

 

I didn't have enough experience with the 8-bit era, but out of the few I've played, Super Mario Bros. 3 is probably the best.

In my heart, I think X. That said, I doubt reviewers will agree with me, due to the fact that it's a Wii U exclusive JRPG.
