Killer Instinct if you like fighters and DR3. I have Battlefield but stopped playing it quickly. Erased my single player and broken multi. I gave up on it very quickly. I got into the Titanfall alpha through the Battlefield ironically lol.
I think and am sure about this that the Xbox and PS were rushed to market and I should've waited 6 months after. I still play my 360 a ton.

Go with DR3 and stay away from Crashfield 4. That's my advice.

Personally if you can only get 1 game get Forza 5 now. I know its not in your list, but it is the best sim racer on consoles by a country mile in terms of physics/handling and AI. Its weaker on the content, but having put in over 40 hours driving time I can tell you the game is still better to play than Forza 4.

If you really don't like sim racers. I will say IMO Ryse is a great cinematic experience. And I can always play Multiplayer with you. My review of this title is in my sig.

Currently Im playing BF4 and the game is very good. Graphics aren't as good as Ryse ( but they still look great, and even godly in places. Best FPS graphics so far for me. ) And ALOT better than COD Ghosts IMO. Ghosts is a borefest in comparison.

AC4 - currently playing and is my faveourite AC so far. Good game.

Crimson Dragon - WTF, I don't know what people play sometimes. I loved Panzer Dragoon. Played Crimson Dragon at my mates and after 2 levels my thoughts were " Im buying it, Its awesome. Its better than Panzer was. What is wrong with people these days? " And its currently 25% off.

Basically besides N64 Xbox One is the best launch for a console and its games imo.

EDIT: KILLER INSTINCT. How can I forget that. Best fighter I played since SC 2. Yes forget what other fanboys say, it really is that good. Look at the critic score based on only 6 characters and no story mode. Now more characters are available and story mode coming.

I only played the Xbox 360 bersion of Call of Duty Ghost. Me and my friends all decided that we weren't having a good time; it's an extremely infuriating game. The worst call of duty game I played in terms of the map design and game design choices, so I couldn't imagine that having slightly better textures makes it any better.

Also, despite what we were promised - the Xbox One version apparently does not have dedicated servers.

If Metacritic is anything to go by... avoid Ryse and get Assassin's Creed 4.

And of course get Killer Instinct. I got the chance to play it a little bit and it's definitely one of the best fighters from last year.

If you're going to play Titan fall beta then I'd skip cod/bf4 since I assume you would rather play titan fall over cod/bf.

I got assassin's creed 4 and think it's worth getting. Plenty of hours, and the story/characters are good too.

Listen to Kowen when it comes to Max and Peggle 2!!! Absolutely amazing games, especially Max.

Playing Ryse right now, almost done. The graphics are beautiful and the acting is phenomenal. I really recommend as at least a rental.

Dead Rising 3, plus the first DLC just came out. That game is fun and addicting.

I enjoy Crimson Dragon. If you are a Panzer fan, like me, it's fun. I like competeting against my friends' scores. It compares it realtime as you play. It's also on sale now for $15, instead of $20, this week.

Tomb Raider, if you don't mind the price or wait till it goes down.

I'd wait on Ryse for a price cut.

I would go with Dead Rising 3 but I'm a huge fan of the franchise so my pick is very biased. To me its the best game in the series but Frank West is still the best main character in the franchise and the first game still has the best story also.
