First week sales were around 800k. Out of those 200k were digital sales.

Did you read your link? 300k of the 800ks are download carts/vouchers which are included in these numbers? That would put 500k+ digital which is still really good. 12-15% is more believable percentage.

I wouldn't expect there be good digital legs on any game also available via retail. Especially on systems with large userbases.

Yes 500k a year ago. At that time it was 2.7mil (including both DL cards+Digital) which would mean abut 2.2mil is sold excluding digital. over 1.7mil sold this year (just retail+DL cards) puts it at 4.4mil and not including a years worth of digital sales. 

Big question is how many more digital sales did AC get from Feb 1st 2013 - Today? It could be as low as 100k but then again it could of jumped up another 200-400k. We dont know unfortunately  

I would hedge my bets on the low end unless it's much cheaper digitally versus retail. The Japanese used game market is so big, I don't think anyone would want to pay more whenever you can find copies everywhere. This is a big reason why a lot of major games don't have fantastic legs or their get cut short, because the used game market is appealing to those wanting to sell and those wanting a cheaper game.

Your statement is true with 99% of games. I think AC is different but by all means doesn't mean im right with it selling 200k-400k extra. As both have no proof and for some wierd reason lots AC users rather buy it digitally as it was shown US+Europe have huge Digital sales as well (nowhere near japans level though)

This makes AC in japan have at least 4.6mil sold as of now!

Some notes:
The total unit sales drop big from 2012 to 2013. NIntendo is on the losing side, while Namco manages to win (Taiko Drum Master?).

PS2 dieing, not as bad drop as DS though. Tecmo Koei up yoy too.
