i get annoyed when MS pays to delay other console releases... that's money that's only spent to create FUD

...but they built up BT and are making use of a franchise already associated with xbox... that's money that creates more games and i approve.

He said intially that MS has a phobia of spending money, that's not true. They have a philia of doing so - they love spending money.

I'd rather see them spend it rather than giving it to their shareholders or executives.

No offence to SONY and NINTENDO but if Microsoft decided to really moneyhat they could take away any game they want to be exclusive.

This may happen one day where we will see Sony and Nintendo being 1st and 2nd party and Microsoft all exclusive 3rd party.

Yes they will. If they didn't they wouldn't be where they are. I'm completely fine with that though and hearing Gears of War is coming back has lifted my spirits regardless of their maniacle spending.

While you're justifying it, Microsoft is the only one who NEEDS to do it. Killer Instinct? Halo? Gears? All bought and those are my three highlighted points of Microsoft's existence in the gaming industry to me now.

No they cannot you cannot just buy studios and expect it to work......even ms lamented how difficult it is.  If it were that easy they would have done it mroe often. Then there is the fact that they want to make money, if they keep losing money on xbox they may just get rid of it. It coems at a point the cost is not worth it, especially with ps4 pulling away from x1.
