I bought a launch PS4 and for me, it was a mistake. Sony has taken a dump on what console gaming use to be IMO. I should have gotten a Wii-U and I'll probably sell my PS4 and do just that. Console gaming should be about buying a console and said console is all you have to pay for apart from games. There should be no annual fees for anything.

Right now, I'm playing Dreamcast and enjoying it a lot more than my PS4. Sad but true.

As a none Wii-U owner i am sure the Wii-U would keep you more entertained as it is a more established console. With that said thats just short term thinking and I am sure the PS4 will more than make up for it in the comming year.

I have not read the replies but i would be ammused if a decent portion of people chosen the PS4 over the Wii-U. It is a fact that if both consoles were to die today and no other game were to come out the Wii-U would be the better system. The issue is if you employ some common sense it just does not work that way. The PS4 will continue to get games that appeals to its demo so the answer to this question will change for those people.

I'm to busy with work to be bord of any system lol. Haven't played PS4 for two days, although I'm really digging don't starve.

PS4 because I dont have one by now no games that interest me besides Killzone (for its art style/visuals) "prototype" console and controller with all the flaws etc. are another reason why I dont want one right now. (well and pay4online)

WiiU is interesting since December 2013.....

Im having trouble understanding how this is relevant. The cost of a game is not indicative the the value of the game.

Not bored with my WiiU, I already have a backlog so it will time to clean it up, bought it on October and I play it constantly. I am bored with my PS3 (don't have PS4), but is not lack of games, is the trophy system that does not let me enjoy the games.

A week ago my answer would've been WiiU, it just sat there for a few months gathering dust but now I try to spend some time every now and then to play SM3DW. I play the PS4 and Wii U equally and not really bored of either system.
