Forums - Gaming Discussion - Nintendo just needs to go third party on consoles only

They need to just go thirdparty on consoles, they just don't have the core market that sony and microsoft, they can't compete and nintendo knows that and thats why they made the wii, and it was a huge success but thats not happening again the blue ocean market has moved on, they are stuck with out a market and no third party support, chances of being succesful are nearly impossible, the console is really hurting the company, they better focusing on handhelds and making x1 and ps4 games.

You mean...like SEGA?

This, I stole from grandpa...It's called soap.

Nintendo going third party? Brilliant! Why has no one ever thought of this before?

So tired of hearing this statement.

Its complete idiocy to ask for this.

Without 100% control of the hardware, Nintendo ceases to be Nintendo.

Its game quality and uniqueness would die off as a 3rd party. They'd lose FAR more money than now and would officially just be gone over time.

If you want Nintendo games, just go buy a Nintendo system.

what choice do they have, go out of business or become thirdparty, or create something like the wii which they tried to do with the wiiu, it's easy to say will wiiu failed cause of this and that but nobody ever knows what will be the next big thing, third party will not be supporting nintendo consoles anymore.

This guy is like the anti-Zero

Nope. Thing is some people just want to have Nintendo games on their consoles, yet call Nintendo games made for "children", and not "hardcore." Why not a new console that plays all games from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, and 3rd Parties while were at it?
