Forums - Microsoft - MICROSOFT: Q2Results - 3.9m ONE and 3.5m 360's. Qtr Rev up 14% !! to $24bn. Qtr profits up to $6.56bn. HUGE!

Anyway, as usual, just absolutely monstrous numbers from the Redmond Giant!!

With 1.5m undertracked for 2013 360, that would make 360 only down about 30%. If VGC ever adjusted the numbers then it would be in line with my prediction for 2013 as a whole, also would help my other predictions in 10 w thread.

They moved Windows Phone into the Windows segment to hide its losses, nice.

I'm surprised the Xbox division made a profit.

More like the development teams have been combined as they are moving closer and closer to one core product.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

Again, TALK to the local MediaMarkt boss here. They ordered 5 full palettes of X360s expecting the Xmas storm. Storm didn't happen at all, the five palettes are still clogging the whole gaming area. This is NOT the only big shop with the same problem in the area.

right.  cool story

Don't like the truth, apparently. Next thing you will say "pictures or it didn't happen". If I did that, and I have no plans for doing that at all, your next reply would be "Photoshopped/i'ts from another year/city/country/universe"
Fact is there are enormous numbers of unsold X360s in local shops, unlike every year before. Now you will reply "bbbbbut that is only your city, its not true everywhere else"...

So let's just agree to disagree here and move on. This subject obviously is too sensitive to you.

360 massively undertracked. 1.5m absolute minimum.

Thread worthy?

Y'absolutely.

Mention it's 1.4m overtracked in the US according to NPD, so it means it's undertracked 4.4m minus stock in transit/shelves (1m~)

Truth? How is a random internet post true? You believe what everyone says on the net?

Do you even see how ppl would think this is made up?

so, they could ship 3.9m consoles and people said microsoft's only reason why they don't release the console in more countries are massive production issues and the reasons microsoft was talking about are all lies?

sounds plausible...

Microsoft clearly overestimated demand in the US. They need to get into other countries since they're quickly falling behind in Europe.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

I said it all the way back in october: the numbers simply don´t add up! There should be adjustments in the range of at least 1,5 mn and will probably still place X360 as the second place console after the Wii for 7th generation.
