Sorry Prof too much competition for worst. They might not be total "action" actors but they made action movies far worse.

I ask you what action movies you prefer instead, The "shaky-cam" Bourne Trilogy? The A-Team movie (2010)? White House Down? or what other PG-13 crap, please tell me. Aside from Van Damm, none of those guys you mentioned are action movie stars. Chuck Norris is on a whole other level of lame when compared to Van Damm.

Van Damm did Kickboxer and Blood Sport, Chuck Norris did Sidekicks and Delta Force. Van Damm played Walker in Timecop, Norris played Walker in Texas Redneck.
