oh poll is for gen population

Saw, a whole bunch of wii u threads, so heres mine! Lets be honest, the wii u is being slayed by the ps4 and xbox one. That one year headstart barely did jack shit for them. At what price point would make it worthwhile to you? What price for the rest of gamers/gen population?

Personaly $200 or less- I don't like many of nin franchises, so shelling out anymore for just smash and metroid seems a bit much. Not a huge fan of platformers either. 3rd party lol

General population-Hmm, I would say around $200 with a bundled game would be the price point.

Gamers? $200 I guess. General population I say around $99

Sometimes it doesn't matter what the price is, the public just do not want it. I believe the problem with WiiU is itself, rather than the excuses we see.

If a person doesn't like Nintendo games, would a cheaper price point actually help for a console that basically relies on Nintendo games?

Also, its not always about selling the most amount of units, its also about how much Nintendo will make per unit. So if Nintendo lowers it down to $200 and they are making -$100 per console vs breaking even with a $300 price point, then I think they are better off with $300 cause if the lose $100 per console, they have to sell that same person at least 3 retail physical games in order to break even (correct me if I am wrong) vs if they break even on $300, they can just make money from software sales

199 with Wii U pro controller instead of the gamepad

Currently I'd only be willing to pay 200 for a Wii U.

funny... it was appealing to me at $349, even more now at $299. Just wish I paid $299 after sadly finding out I would have to go through a drought of games.
