Mario Kart 8... Easy choice.

Mario Kart. More established franchise, and it's exclusive to the Wii U, so it's a much safer bet.
Titanfall's available on more platforms, so I'm going with Wii U MK8.

Mario Kart 8 is a Wii U exclusive with a great track record in the past and is expected to sell well. Titanfall is a new game and isn't a XB1 exclusive, but a Microsoft exclusive, includes XB1, XB360, and PC.
Mario Kart cause TitanFall is on 360, X1 and PC
PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850
Mario Kart 8 definitely. This is probably the biggest console mover franchise next to Pokemon. WiiU sales will skyrocket when it will be out.
Titanfall. Mario Kart couldn't push big Gamecube units, same goes for Wii U. On the flip side, people are really looking for a reason to buy an XB1 (or go next-gen in general). And Titanfall happens to not only be exclusive, but it's a NEW and interesting IP. This will be Microsoft's new "Gears of War" type franchise to push hardware alongside Halo.

It is not a XB1 exclusive. the GC Mario Kart sold nearly 7 million on a 22 million install base, not exactly a small feat, and Mario Kart 64 sold close to 10 million on an install base of 31 million.
