Ok so obviously sony owns japan. But that doesnt mean microsoft releasing in more countries isnt gonna help their sales. I assure you when microsoft releases in more countries the gap would be smaller than if they were not to release. FACT.

As there are no used/rental/borrowed games + digital sales .... But of course, every thing Sony´s related here is undertracked...

Thank you, this clearly shows there is no "massive contraction",  but obviously  Japanese dev were not prepared to make games for next gen  + PS3 was really hard to develop for, that didnt help , so PS4 should get more games since it's more easier.

People are making such a fuzz about this game because it´s matching Super Mario 3d World sales in just one country (UK - 66k x 71k ), but worldwide Mario just beats Knack by a very, very large margin... (1,6 million x 0,5 million).

Knack not even make it to the 70 best sellers that week.

Still, Knack sold much more than TW101 and most of Wii U games.

You still forgot the fact now all users uses the PS3 online and there are a good part that never synced the trophies (you know it is a manual thing).

It's not a fact actually. All they'd do is spread their X1 production across a bigger market. That wouldn't increase the ammount of consoles sold, it would just be the same amount of consoles sold in more countries. IF they had eventually released in as many countries as Sony by now, it's likely that they would have sold less than they have already. Why? Because they released in their strongest counties and any consoles that shipped to their weaker markets would still be sat their on the shelves. Yes, we're already seeing that but it would have been much worse. On the other hand, Sony are selling out in every single region they release in. As the PS4 comes in it immediately goes out again while the X1 sits there waiting to be bought. Eventually we have a certain amount of parity because obviously Sony can't restock immediately but considering the gap already I'd summise that Sony can produce more consoles a week than MS. If not then the only other conclusion is that MS are already working to a projected average, which isn't a good sign. Stuffing the channels might give you a breather and enable you to ballpark a number like 3 million to appease your shareholders and appear strong to the consumers and media, but eventually it's a strategy that only ends up making them look as if they've lied.

Respecting GOW Ascension undertracking, a question. It's true that to get Platinum in the game you need to play multiplayer??, If so, you need an online pass, so if I get it right, there has to be 2'8 million different online pass codes to get a platinum, right? Because if you rent or buy the game 2nd hand, the code that comes with the game, if it is already used, you can't use it anymore, right??.

So, the calculation of 2'8m users for GOW Ascension has to be, the absolutely minimum, to know the current sales of the game.Probably it sold more than 3m, and if that number is correct, is a very good number for a game released less than a year ago.

Yeap... there is one online trophies... it is easy... you just need to complete the tutorial.
