I think it will do well, ps4 seems to be breaking records as it launches so I would not be surprised if it did.

as long sony puts 1 million+ for japanese market at launch,it's possible.

Not enough supply. But wow, I didn't know PS2 put up those kind of numbers.

I'll say 200-400k which is really good for a handheld/phone dominated market.

300k would be really good. Even if there was so much demand, they wouldn't supply Japan that much. So, no way.

no Ridge Racer for PS4 japanese launch? This is madness!

With enough supply, I'd dare to predict 700-800k, but who knows, maybe 1M isn't impossible. Even with the decline of home consoles in Japan, not exceptional sales of PS3 could have left some unfulfilled sales potential to boost the successive generation's ones.

I have no idea how much it'll sell, but I doubt it.
