Laws don't stop people from doing things so why not make some tax dollars off of it and keep that money out of the hands of dealers?

We as civilized people should never support big, obtrusive nanny/police states. We should cherish our freedoms and fight for them whenever we must. We must not willingly allow big government to trample the freedoms of others just because we do not exercize the same ones. Imprisoning people degrades their quality of life considerably and we should only do so when it is a necessity, never for the sake of convinience. That being said, you seem to have disgusting misconceptions of marijuana, you really need to stop living under a rock. Also, if marijuana should be illegal because it is harmful then so should fast food, junk food, food coloring, pesticides, private automobiles, video games, plastic and rubber, caffine, milk products,etc...

I have certainly enjoyed my legal Ganja. I can certainly say Colorado is just rolling on the way it always has been. Just making even more money on stoned tourists. We were already the 4th largest tourist state behind Florida. California and Hawia. Now we will do even better and have a greater economy because of it.

It is just pure sensimellia meaning very little stems and no riodpe. I have not smoked mexican, trash, dirt weed in at least 14 years.

It is top quality. We even had the Cannabis cup in Denver this year. Colorado buds competed with Netherlands buds and did really well. There are already Medical marijuana competitions too. It is some of the best quality in the world. Never had such premo quality when I was a teen. It was Mexican trash then.

always good to hear!   Some people try to bring up potency in a bad way, but it really just means you need less and end up smoking less "plant matter" lol  Lots of lessons will be learned in colorado.  once you've have real good weed you never wanna go back.  Ive smoked mexican trash once, an it gave me a headache lol  hell i wont smoke outdoor bud.

Yes, many shops show the percentage of THC and CBDs. As bud smokers here became more knowledgable about it they now understand more of what percentage they prefer.  I usually go with indicas that have more CBDs, CBCs. and a little less THC. Sativas with too much THC can make me have a sort of bad trip. So when my friends who all prefer Sativa want to smoke I do not.I drink instead.  I will only smoke when it has half Indica breeding, or more.

thats good,  Personally i prefer a hybrid thats a bit heavier on the sativa.  although lately ive been getting heavier indica's and "spicing it up" with pinpoints of Budder.  Not sure if they have it down there.  Its not cannabutter(as alot of people think because of the name), but a high potency extract.  way stronger then oil and easier on the throat..  its pretty solid at room temp, but when heated its full melt, even more so then oil.

I don't really think it needs to be legal, it's already treated as a legal substance for the most part. I can smoke a joint in front of a police station and not get stopped or questioned. Its so common and accepted as it is, there is really no point to go through the legal troubles of legalization.

The only real positive thing I can see legalization doing is allowing companies to grow and sell in convenience or specialty stores, and thus hopefully driving down price and increasing quality due to competition.
