Reason number 9... MS is paying us to promote this game. How much you all wanna bet IGN gives it a 9.5 or better.

And they gave the playstation 4 console a better review score than the xbox one. I guess Microsoft's check bounced in that case. How about we just accept the fact that both consoles have certain things going for them instead of trying to downplay everything that is potentially positive for the console we don't like.

Its not just IGN.

All media love this game so far. It broke a record this year at E3 and got 65 seperate Game oof E3 awards from 65 Diferent media that attended like IGN.

This game will review very high. it will meta middle 90's.

I doubt it will reach a 9. The gameplay looks fun and addictive. It is not doing anything that set it apart from other fps.

Heres the thing. The media do think its different. They all caant seem to praise this game enough. After E3 is was the biggest game story in the news.

I think its unique and will appeal to alot of online shooter fans from all sides ( Halo  fans, Cod fans, BF fans and Gears fans. )

Damn people still trying to shit on the game when it's been unanimously praised by those who played it. Too many people gloss over the bolded, dat denial.

Anyway, I'm stoked and I can't wait to play it.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Some people will crap on a game simply because they hate FPS games and wish the industry was nothing but JRPGs.

Titanfall looks like a boatload of fun... and LOL @ the guy who said this game will bomb because it focuses on multiplayer only. Right... that's why millions of people rush out to buy COD and BF every year... because of their amazing single player campaigns lmao.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

I'm not planning on getting this (don't/won't have an XBO by then and I don't game like I used to), but this is looking more and more awesome as we get closer. That video sold me more than any before that this is going to be a phenomenom. There are too many vocal hardcore Sony fanboys out there that will take a shot at this every time they can (even after it sells 10 million copies ...) because that's how useless fanboys roll, but as a general gamer I can't deny THIS LOOKS LIKE AWESOME FUN!

That was an interesting video.

Personally, I have so many different thoughts about Titanfall swirling around that it's impossible to reach a decision yet.

On the plus side, some of the mecha abilities do seem really inventive. The mechanics of a Titan v. Titan battle are intriguing. I get a rock-paper-scissors impression similar to World of Warcraft, like how Hunter used to usually beat Rogue, and so on. With the soldiers, the jet-pack movement is the key addition. Jumping up to different floors seems darn cool.

On the negative side, the solder battles seem HIGHLY twitch, which isn't my style. In most of the videos I've seen, it's not about beating someone, it's about seeing them before they see you. That means moving around as fast as you can in the hopes that you stumble across someone with their back to you. That just isn't what I'm looking for in a game. Are there even classes or is everyone just running around shooting? I like playing support classes, personally. I would also bet my sister's cat that balance is going to be an absolute nightmare in the first few months.

The funny thing so far, for me, is that I dislike mecha in general, as I think the whole concept is silly, but the mecha combat in Titanfall looks far more interesting relative to my own preferences.

I also am worried about balance in the game. Otherwise the game should be wonderful coming from the people who made COD so popular. From watching the video it sounds like most of the human fights will be in doors, so as not to be dominated by the titans. I guess that should work.

If Ryan McCaffrey reviews it then it's going to get an automatic 10.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

I see this game getting 8.0 - 8.5 range because gameplay/story is a slight change a pace to the boring/milked/stagnant FPS genre. The main problem with this game like most FPS is it lacks innovation.
