My all-time favourite is Team Andromeda under Sega for the Pnzer Dragoon games. The last couple of years it definately is 343 studios for their excellent remake of Halo:CE and the masterpiece that is Halo 4.

Easily Nintendo EAD. Not much else comes close in terms of quality to me. Super Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 7, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, A Link Between Worlds... and that's only stuff from the last year or two.

There's more than one EAD Tokyo? I had thought there was just one group, as opposed to the multiple Kyoto EADs
