Mine was an iPhone 3GS which I used for over 3 years. I absolutely loved how ergonomic it was and the fact that I could play all my favourite games on it. However, it started to get a bit slow and I hence changed it for a brand new iPhone 5.

my first phone was a Samsung SGH 600 that cost me around 400 euros in 1999 when i was 19... good phone and very small for the time... battery was modern though... it last just 2 days, much like today.

I was 19 and in 2004 I got a Nokia 5110. I remember how cool it was to get Legend of Zelda theme as my ringtone. Had it for years before Sprint forced me to upgrade to some flip phone.
