For me, it's Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, followed by Fatal Frame 4.

Silent Hill's twisting narrative, deep psychological symbolism, and incredible ending absolutely entranced me, while Fatal Frame 4's haunting tale of the loss of self that comes from losing memories, (an effective allegory for Alzheimer's) really got to me.
