Same state that legalized having multiple wifes. May as well kill marriage as it's meaningless now.

2 guys/gals getting married makes marriage between a man and a woman meaningless?

This is great and all but when did governments decide to get involved in marriage?

Well in secular worldview everything about marriage is meaningless regardless of who or what.

The reason why gay marriage is being legalized across the country is BECAUSE marriage has secular meaning. Marriage has various legal implications that have nothing to do with religion, so it most definitely has meaning in a secular world. The United States government is a secular institution after all, and it's always had its hand in marriage.

You're an ignorant idiot. Let me guess you think black people eat watermelon and jewish peopel are stingy with money. Muslims are terrorists.

Get a clue dumbass that shit has not happened in nearly a 120 years. It's been illegal since 1896.

Moderated - Kresnik.

And what lead to this conclusion? What did I say that implied any of that? Who are you even talking to?

You're saying it has meaning because it has meaning. That's circular reasoning and tells you nothing. Why does marriage have any meaning in secular society. Why have marriage at all? Legal laws could be made without marriage. One could simply sign a contract in which it's based on nothing but legal defense. Contract like civil contracts makes sense but marriage is pointless in a secular country.
