I'm mildly pro welfare, but not if some smart Italians and immigrants (not all of them, only the worst part of them) get plenty of it and easy, while for mysterious bureaucratic reasons some other immigrants and far too many Italian old people with minimum pensions and youngsters with temporary or no work live in poverty and can't access to the same level of welfare. To avoid such abuses, welfare for children beyond the second should consist exclusively in services for childhood, without extra money for their parents.
