I think the whole thing was meant to be a joke article? joking about... invasive drm... I think the term "too soon" definately applies during the phase where it's an issue that a lot of people are getting hit with who wanna just enjoy the games they bought, regardless of being on or offline, this would be the equivilent of breaking a gasing joke in 1940....
