Forums - Microsoft - DRM interrupts Killer Instinct tournament in NYC

That was pretty funny. I liked the "took nearly four minutes" joke.

Honestly, after reading the OP, I though, "this is so tongue-in-cheek that no one will take it seriously." However, it turns out that I was wrong. That's OK with me, though, as it's a lot more fun this way.

I'm realizing that jokes fall on deaf ears these days. Consoles too serious.

For whatever reasons some people just need to get over themselves. Too much hate it seems that they have to put their faith in a worldly object that ultimately means nothing in the end.

Hey, things happen.  Laugh over it and just move on.

Here's the video. They don't switch to a different account to resolve the issue, as soon as they get online, the problem is resolved and allows them to play.

...was a ruse!

DRM just punishes the consumer, the pirate has no bs to worry about since its stripped out. They do it to themselves(publishers).

What is FGCNN?

Fighting Game Community News Network. It's a joke site for the fighting game community.

I thought KI was a free game. Despite this being a joke article, and the issue was only a *minor* setback....why would it need to check to see if it's genuine if it doesn't cost a dime?
