Well there was a year that the goverment tried to include English in the schools but what they teach were colors, numbers, days of week, etc... if they tried to teach To Be verb it was consided advanced.

Ah, well that's a shame. Is this pertained to Brazil? I've met a lot of south americans that had good English, well, acceptable anyhow.

If they are good then it is because they paid some specialized school... some even make interchange (free or paid) to learn others languages... I have a closed fried that paid a four month course in Australia to learn English... after that he paid four month course in Germany to learn German... he speak English very well but the the Germany course I think it was a waste of time

I'm talking about Brasil only... I don't know how is in Argentina or Mexico for example.

so you can move your fingers very very fast. i wonder what that could help with.

I kind of make my fingers vibrate. Showed my friends recently and they were pretty shocked.
