If they are good then it is because they paid some specialized school... some even make interchange (free or paid) to learn others languages... I have a closed fried that paid a four month course in Australia to learn English... after that he paid four month course in Germany to learn German... he speak English very well but the the Germany course I think it was a waste of time 
I'm talking about Brasil only... I don't know how is in Argentina or Mexico for example.
