Nintendo has registered and renewed the trademark for the brilliant Metroid Prime series. The status date for the trademark was renewed and registered on August 13th, 2013. It’s common practise for companies to renew their trademarks, but it would come as a welcome surprise to many if Retro Studios were planning to develop another game in the Metroid Prime series for the latest Nintendo home console, Wii U.

Metroid Prime Trilogy HD

Would love to see Metroid Prime Trilogy in fulll HD, all the environments aesthetic will make it eye-candy as we wait for the new entry. This is a must-buy

Aww if it is a hd collection then i would be disspointed. I prefer if they make a sequel of metroid prime rather than just re-releasing.

They are probably just protecting their Ip. Though it would explain the mystery of what Retro has been doing for the past few years, and I doubt it's just donkey kong
