Que what? Do you honestly think we can treat more sea water in a year then what evaporates in a day???
About 3 billion gallons of water eveporate from the ocean every SECOND.
Not to mention that it's a closed cycle, the water doesn't disappear. And we can stop digging up salt from the ground that does end up in the ocean.
That comment reminds me of the one that some people had concerns about hydrogen fuel cell cars putting too much water vapor in the air. (It's actually less wator vapor then a gasoline car produces....)
