Wii U vs PS4 AT time of launch:
Wii U launched with exclusives such as NSMBU, ZombiU, Nintendoland, and Scribblenauts Unlimited.
The launch consisted of 2 NEW multiplats (Assassin's Creed 3, COD: BO2) and 2 OLD multiplats (Arkham City, Mass Effect 3) as well as the customary Fifa/Madden/NBA 2K titles.
At the time of launch, exclusives such as Pikmin 3, Lego City Undercover, Wii Fit U, and Rayman Legends(which would eventually be delay and turned multiplat) had been announced.
Upcoming multiplats included... Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Rise of the Guardians: The Video Game,
PS4 launched with exclusives such as Killzone: Shadowfall, Knack, and Resogun.
The launch consisted of 3 NEW multiplats (Assassin's Creed 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4) as well as the customary Fifa/Madden/NBA 2K titles.
At time of launch, upcoming exclusives such as Infamous: Second Son, The Order: 1886, DriveClub, and Final Fantasy had already been announced. Uncharted for the PS4 had been teased.
Upcoming multiplats included Watch_dogs, Destiny, Star Wars Battlefront 3, Thief, Mad Max, Metal Gear Solid 5, Kingdom Hearts 3, The Division and The Crew.
I prefer the Wii U launch exclusives. However, at the time of launch, the PS4 kills the Wii U in regards to announced exclusives and multiplats.
Post launch, nintendo has revealed/released Wonderful 101, Windwaker HD, Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze and Mario Kart 8. Can't wait to see what the PS4 has coming over the next year.
