PGR is pretty much 100% arcade, especially when it comes to the racing and the cars since they can't be upgraded in any way.

I have played the first game that is more then enough judgment for me that Horizon 2 will be kick ass. I'm 99.99% sure it will have more cars and will be more fun then #DriveClub.

Well whenever Forza Horizon 2 comes out I'll be buying that for sure. So I would have to agree. (I know the game hasn't been announced yet but Forza Horizon is the first racing game I've enjoyed in years easily making my most anticipated racing game. Although Driveclub just looks plain amazing though so I guess what I'm trying to say they'll both be pretty damn awesome.

You can already get Project CARS if you lucky...and it really doesnt look that great. It also has some funny physics going on.
