Now that you bring that up, which controller out of the two new gen controllers is the best blend of old world and new world style?

I would say XBO because impulse triggers and it reaches a larger audience with as I said having sticks in the primary placement. In the end it all comes down to preference though. If you like the PS4 controller better that is fine. It is a subjective experience and not a one all, end all experience. Either way DS4 is better than the DS3. I despised that thing >.<
Ya I could see myself having that issue if you play with 4 fingers up top. I only my index fingers and that's really a blessing here because I've found that by far the easiest, most comfortable way to push the bumpers on this one is when your index is resting on the trigger to just slightly pressure the middle of your finger inwards, because at that angle it's already touching the very edge of the bumper, which is also where it's easiest to push down.
It takes a little getting used to coming off 360 where I would take my finger of the trigger and push down on the whole bumper button.
Love the controller though. Feels great in my hands. The triggers are better, the sticks are better, the D-Pad is better, and they seem to have found a sweet spot for the weight, which is considerably lighter than a 360 controller, but not as light as a PS3 controller.

The sticks on the Xbone feel great, someone needs to fix the closeness between the bumpers and the triggers though.

Yeah, it seems like I am going to have to retrain myself (once again) for the Xbone controller. It seems everytime Microsoft makes a controller I have to retrain myself about something. Reason I like the DS4 is because it didn't take away from what was great about the last iteration, it added to it while increasing the ergonomics. The 360 controller was worlds better for the top buttons in placement but everything else below from the grip to the, d-pad, face buttons and analogs feels great on the new Xbox controller.
I still to this day believe this was the perfect Xbox controller. Every genre was covered with this remake controller in the first generation.

DDefinitely agree. Make the bumpers smaller. That would probably remake the controller I'm thinking though.

I dont have an issue with them. As i said before it is subjective. Everybody will never feel the same about one given thing.

If you consider finger slipping down off the bumpers and down a trigger subjective then so be it.
