Forums - Gaming Discussion - If you do not like a game, do you push through until the end, or quit?

The only games I have ever dropped out of have been:

Xenoblade
- Rayman Origins
- Assassin's Creed II

Not bad games, but I was too bored to continue.

O_o. I guess everyone has different tastes for games.

Predictions for LT console sales:

PS4: 120M

XB1: 70M

WiiU: 14M

3DS: 60M

I quit persona 1 for the psp, everyone was praising the franchise so tried to start it from the beginning. I don't know why but I got frustrated and just stop playing it. I might revisit because I got pretty far in the game.

I also regrettably quit the last story. I wasn't fair to it because I just finished playing Xenoblade when I started :(

I have no problems with quiting a game I do not like.

Of course, I also have a problem with finishing games. I'll get ALL THE WAY to the end, right before the last boss/dungeon/chapter and I'll lose interest.

Haha. Sorry. I tried, I really did. It just did not click with me. I was very hyped when I finally got my sealed copy for $65, but by the mid point I did not want to carry on.

I even created a thread about.

I never drop em. Trophy OCD makes me have to finish em. lol

All of this, of course, is just my opinion.

Skyrim 100%'d. Dark Souls 100%'d.
Dark Souls > Skyrim.
Halo 4 is the best damn FPS since Halo 3.
Proud pre-orderer of 2 PS4's and an Xbox One.

Currently Playing: Dark Souls II, South Park
Playstation 4: MGS V GZ, Killzone: Shadow Fall, NBA 2k14.

There's not many games that I've disliked so much but whenever a game is that bad, I quit. Thus far the original Halo is the only game I remember having to quit due to how much I disliked it. I've tried it two or three times now and every time I've just hated it too much to get past the first couple of levels (I think the furthest I got in the was the third level).

I try and finish no matter how bad (unless its something like game breaking glitches or lost save data)

That way I can see if it got better or became more shitty

I felt the same way about AssCreed 3.

If it's no longer fun, I quit.

I didn't like Killzone 2 but I pushed on towards the end for some reason.
