they are 2 businesses that are fighting over the same consumer base to make a profit. This is not a high school sport game where at the end you be a good sport whether you win or lose. If you lose in business you might not be in business for long.

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

I took this as them saying you should upgrade from PS3 to PS4. Not sure why people are assuming it was a jab at the Xbox One.


Even generalized product promotion beings out the insecurity out of some.

If that's the case then why take it down after 20 minutes?


They saw that it negatively effected the overly sensitive and had pity on them?  Classy.

According to this article http://www.junkiemonkeys.com/playstation-attacks-xbox-one-yet-again/   The original tweet said "Why settle for 720p "Next-gen" games when almost every..." instead of "Why settle for 720p when almost every...."

Notice the sarcastic "Next-gen" in quotes.  So the original intent of this tweet was to take a jab at MS. 


It's not my fault that both Microsoft and Sony takes jabs at each other and the overly sensitive cannot get over themselves.

I dont see a problem with that sony tweet.
it looks like they just want people to upgrade their tv's from 720p to 1080p, because why should they settle for 720p almost every ps4 game is avilable in 1080p?
