Like malstrom has said, the WII U is dying but it ain't dead just yet LOL. 

The game industry does not wish to expand upon the concept of the WII or more importantly the concept of blue ocean. 

You bring up a pretty good question of what game is going to take over but as activision has proved time and time again they will find some franchise that will do the job because they ain't the richest publisher for no reason. 

Yeah the industry has become unhealthy with AAA only games but at the same time it's only being sustained by AAA games for the most part LOL. Ironic how AAA games are saving and killing the game industry at the same time LMAO. 

Valid point. With a 40% failure rate, a lot will be returning and getting another console to replace the broken one. No wonder stock is limited. I mean you've got around 400k broken units out there so there must be a huge trade in going on..

What if its actually higher but most people are saving them for Christmas gifts and dont know.

That would explain why Sony allowed early access to games coming up to launch. Sell the games before people see the console is broken and they cant play them.

Well you just stating the obvious with pre-orders already outnumbered the NA WiiU Sales in 2013. But the battle in NA is going to be between PS4 and Xbone, PS4 does have the advantage IMO. Even if I'm probably going to pick up a Xbone next year.

I do watch. I just avoid to interfere in sentimentally charged threads. It's Banana's dead accurate comment that drew me in.
