I have played about 5 hours of knack so far and I am just stunned at reviewers. Why is a game that is fun, simple, and relaxing so bad? The story is easy to follow, and has no need to be picked apart. This is just a game you can kick back, and not think to hard about. It is a nice break from the typical throw as many options and hectic action as possible at the player formula.

Why do game journalists score a game like this so bad? From what I have seen it does everything it sets out to do well. Sure its not elite, but what could they have done to score better in this type of game? Adding more would take away the simplisity that makes this game what it is. I hear so much about gameplay, and a game comes out that gives the player a simple fun system gets torn apart. 

Not much else to say. I am having a good time playing this game, and that is what matters. Personally I would rather play this than LBP, but I guess my idea of fun is much different than the general consensus.

The only thing that matters is that you're enjoying the game. Critics are only there to try and help you find what games are good and in this case you can just say that you enjoyed it even though the score isn't good. Oh yeah, glad you're enjoying it by the way! :)

You shouldn´t care too much about what critics are saying. If it´s good for you, play it and recommend it too your friends.

welcome to gaming. But why people can't understand that Nintendo games are based around what you described?

The difference is that Nintendo is the best on that and the games are more complex.

If your IQ is below 120, it seems there is an inability to rate games properly.

Knack is a very solid game, a 7/10 in my book. Reviewers giving it 3/10 are insane (or more propably they took money from microsoft like polygon).

I am assuming that last bit was just ironic since that is so silly it´s laughable. Could you just focus on the issue in this thread instead of trying to downplay MS first chance you get?

Good to hear! I just picked up Ass4, KZ and B4 and all are an impressive upgrade over the previous gen

Polygon is sponsored by Microsoft. Thats why they are giving Sony exclusives a very low scores. Like 7.5/10 for the Last of Us or 6 for Ni no Kumi.

11 out of 19 reviewers gave it 6/10 or less.... it's kinda hard to take your word on this one.

Beside if you really want to play this game it's going to be discounted in the next month or so.

A game must be pretty good to be worth full retail $59.99, if it's a disappointment the price should drop accordingly.
