My vote still holds true by 4 points.

Even with the low scores though, people will enjoy both games if they come in with the right expectations.

I guess I got suckered into buying the hype and trailers. Graphics are still bench mark though. Probably wont buy it at launch amymore tbh, gonna wait for the sales or borrow it. This gen is off to a really shit start. I dont think anybody could have predicted this.

For the record, I bought Ryse. Its not bad, repetitive but fun.

Crytek made the foundation for something that could be great. Story is good, combat system is good, and the graphics are stunning. I'd like to see a successor as long as its more ambitious in the gameplay department.
