EA doesn't hate Sony. They have a better standing relationship with them opposed to Microsoft as far as profit is concerned. Microsoft throws money at people. If Microsoft threw you hundreds of millions (probably a billion) to get the edge in perception against the competition, wouldnt you take it?

You are so predictable with your constant console wars remarks.  Just cool it with the MSFT vs Sony thing and play whatever you like.  We all get it, you think Sony is better than MSFT.  Now give it a rest.

That would depend on how much I make and how much they are offering... but from a bussiness stand point I sure would...

I wasn't saying they hate Sony (perhaps they hate gamers, with some of their shenanigans)... the reality is that they support who pays more and we all know it... And I'm not exactly boycoting them because of it, I don't buy their games most of time because it doesn't interest me)

MS was willing to screw over gamers by putting DRM into the console, so EA isnt alone in the anti-consumer thinking. EA thought MS would succeed in screwing us over but it didnt work and they had to bow out of online pass gracefully. LOL Sony is somehow going to pay because of it. If Microsoft wouldve succeeded, Xbox gamers wouldve had some problems at Gamestop for sure.

As for your response on them responding to who pays more. Hell yes, that is the truth and no matter what EA wins in that category because they've got a lot of games and MS needs them. Shows you just how deseperate MS is by how much they shell out.

What are you talking about, Mr. Wood? What in the blue...wait...I will not go down that road again. Just tell me what the problem is. EA has had a great relationship with Sony since 1995.

Man you don't need to convince me MS think of us as brainless wallets I know it... its incredible that MS and EA try draconian DRM and peolpe (MS supporters) infer that Sony surely tought the same (just cause........ all companies want your money greedly) just to safe face... and they even pretend to don't know the timeline of Sony revealing the PS4 and saying no DRM by them (that it would depend on each developer individually) with MS backlash, and conclude that then saw it and backpedaled.

Im sure you are aware so this conversation is pointless.  If you have not accounted for your behavior on these forums yet then you likely wont.  I along with many others would prob enjoy you a little more without out all the constant console wars comments.  Your comments are predictable and highly biased to the point it is hard to take you serious.

You're sure I am aware? What did I say that was wrong?  Within the timeframe which Sony has existed in the gaming, EA has profitted the most from them than the other console brands. No matter how much Microsoft pays (which will of course give them perks) Sony will always be a valued partner. If they werent profitable Sony would not have receieved Mass Effect. In the original contract Sony was to have no part of Mass Effect it seems if Microsoft had their way. When EA bought Bioware...null and void my friend and I enjoyed every minute of it.

They just received it because EA would make more money.

Ok, lay down your arms guys. Let's just bow to this mans oppinion, our own doesn't matter.

Dude...its pretty predictable how this gen is going to go if Nintendos previous portion of the market doesnt come back. The market shrinks and Nintendo has to survive the gen against the competition. They will profit (of course) but it will look like they are surviving in the market against the competition.

I never said I disagreed with him, but everyone is entiteled to their own oppinion. There was no need to create this thread in the first place. "Let's stop kidding ourselves" ain't going to stop the ones that are quote on quote "kidding" themselves.

Comments you make are always something to do with console wars.  I really cant explain that any more(3rd time ive said it).  YOu love sony and talk as much negativity about MSFT as possible.

Not sure why you are telling me about all this other stuff because i really didnt ask nor do i care.  If sony is a better company that is good for them.  I still like xbox as well and im sure others wont stop liking it either just because some random faceless person told them how horrible they are.  let people enjoy what they want.

Maybe try and stepping back from convincing people which company has the best plactic box would do VGC some good.

Exactly, and EA knows Sonys installed base is good for it. EA doesnt have to worry about the level of interest from Sonys installed base. Everyone knows that EA would give their games to everyone who is profitable. I dont mind a multiplat game but that was just a dirty way to play by making that contract with Bioware to keep the game away. Microsoft should learn that the best way to keep a game away from your competition is to make it yourself. The majority of the games I am sure MS wants to replicate of Sony's, Sony makes themselves or have acquired.
