Kommt mir auch irgendwie so vor, diese ganze Mail die er da verschickt hat scheint doch hart übertrieben. Ich schätze Microsoft wird sich erstmal hauptsächlich auf die großen Ketten konzentrieren und sich nich so sehr drum scheren, wenn da irgendein kleiner Händler n paar hundert Xbox 1s mehr haben will (ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass es sich um viel mehr handelt)

b) From the numbers I know, several Mediamarkts get between 25 and 80 PS4s for Opening Day (week?). It is not clear whether that includes the Mediamarkts that acceped preorders (hence having to give those shipments to preorders) or if these are additional units to the preordered ones.

In any case, essentially a MomAndPop shop like Spielegrotte would in no way get the number of PS4s they claim to get.

According to Wikipedia there are 254 MediaMärkte in Germany, +151 Saturn. With the numbers you cited 405*80=32k consoles maximum for Saturn+Mediamarkt Day-1. Yeah...no way in hell spielegrotte is going to get 14k PS4's Day-1.

Yeah, numbers are probably exaggerated. People should just ignore the "35 seconds" and "450 times more PS4s" parts and not make this out to be a huge thing. It's one small retailer not getting as many X1s as he would like to sell, nothing more nothing less.
