It´s more of the same CoD we have been playing for years. No wonder why it´s under 80 now.

but does the score really matter? i mean do people buy call of duty just because of the reviews? besides we first need to see battlefield 4 reviews, maybe its the revenge for making it look worse on xbox.

Maybe that was also the reason sonic got such a low score, because it was Nintendo exclusive.

This is good news. The best FPS on PS4 will be Killzone: Shadow fall so. It is about time the franchise got some recognition.

I think reviewers realized we were calling them out on their bullshit. Sometimes I think they give games the score they think we want to see instead of the score a game really deserves. In the case of Call of Duty, there have been so many times where that series gets high scores meanwhile other series get knocked for being the same thing over and over again. I think other long running series are in for a much deserved rude awakening, as well. Just wait.

Visually it is totally fine for me though (I don't get how some people are angry about being the same engine and looking horrible)..

The sad part is, campaign wise, this may be the best COD yet.
If there was an entry the series deserved to get panned for, it was MW2. Or Black ops 1. Or MW3. Not this or Black Ops II, which actually make the first really meaningful improvements to the series since World at War.

Either marketing budget went down, either all reviewers decided to **** activision at once. Maybe both.

reviews don't mean anything to CoD sales, Declassified on the vita shows that, people who want cod don't care. I think the Vita game is the lowest scoring Vita game on meta critic still to date and it's going to be the number 2 game over 1million units on the system following drakes.
