If slightly higher resolution matters that much then don't buy either of the shitty looking next gen console versions. Doesn't even take a great gaming PC to make it look better on PC.

If you can´t see the difference, and you can´t tell which is better... does it still has a difference and one is better?

If the only way to do that is to look at still frames side by side and zoom in at background elements... So, who cares?

Next-gen version have been said to be comparable to the PC version on high settings.

That is not the case though. In motion the PS4 version is very noticably better looking. Some have resorted to taking still images of each version, because the post processing is different in each. The PS4 version has better motion blur, larger more detailed explosions, and just a noticable amount of more and better effects overall. The captures of each are also very different. PS4 looks like the color setting, brightness settings, and sharpness are turned down slightly, where the XBO version all of them are cranked way up.

The result is, in still images the XBO version is much sharper, more colorfull, darker, with less motion blur and effects. The PS4 version is softer, lighter and more blurry, with more effects going on. Now, what is seen in these videos is not the end all be all. The game allows you to adjust settings, and you can further adjust your television. It is possible to make the PS4 version just as sharp, dark, and colorful as the XBO version, but there is no way to add the extra detail of the PS4 version into the XBO version. 

Have you play both versions? Or do you just belive what some randon gaffers say to fell better?

Well, if we have to belive in other opinions and just echo then, then,LevelCap and other said they both look and play the same (LevelCap will buy a PS4 for BF4). There is just a overblowing determination in showing how the PS4 is more powerfull than the Xone.

If the Xone version was terrible I would be the first to tell (CoD Ghost might be the case), but for now, BF4 is not a good case for the PS4 fanatics to cheer and cry. They both look very good.

This year we will likely see 3 games that are curent gen, with resolution far bellow 720p, fight for the GOTY.

Random gaffers???? Every site includine video gamer, Digital foundry, IGN, (Insert site here)< who has played both state that the ps4 version CLEARLY looks better..this is a fact. You cna keep trying to spin it, but you are in denial..The ps4 has more raw power and is also easy to develop for , these 2 things, no amount of PR spin or MS secret sauce will ever over come. MS clearly sacrificed power for kinect and TV features......

Games look lot different in motion then random stills of a specific spot in the game.

The main takeaway I have it that this is a launch game. And the next BF game should look significantly better on both consoles.
