3D World definitely should have had online multiplayer as there's no reason not to. If you're just going to rage quit all day for some reason, you can simply not play online.

Got Pokemon X used for cheap today, with DKC:TF.

Finally gonna get me some Xerneas and Charizard X

3Ds News: February 21, 2014

  • Persona Q, coming June 5 in Japan, is getting a Limited Edition bundle.
  • Games of March 2014. Yoshi's New Island, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Shovel Knight, Bejeweled: Pokemon Edition, and an Angry Birds style Cut the Tope ripoff port, it looks like a decent month for 3DS owners.
  • This possible leak suggests tha Nintendo is offering a great deal to new 3DS buyers. You buy a new 3DS XL or 2DS, along with one of a few games, and register them on Club Nintendo, and you get a digital copy of Pokemon X/Y for free! Note that people taking advantage of this deal might want a bigger SD card than the one provided, seeing as Pokemon X/Y takes up about 1.8 GB of space.
  • The new Steel Diver doesn't look half bad.
  • Don't you hate it when you're playing Golf and the ball lands in the water? Welcome to hell.
  • With over 21 million views, TwitchPlaysPokemon has the potential to get more total views than any single Pokemon game. Also, we're approaching day #9. I love the internet.
  • In cased you missed it, Diddy Kong is coming back to Super Smash Bros 4.

Wii U news of 21/02/2014:

  • Global HW, week ending the 15th: Nintendo's home console sold a total of 40k units. Half of that number came from US with 19k, then 10k in Europe, Japan with 9k, and whatever is left from Rest of the World.
  • In US SW, The Lego Movie Videogame (that's a weird title) was the best selling game with 23k, then NSMBU and NSLU with 13k, follwed by SM3DW, Wii Fit U, Nintendo Land, and Mario and Sonic! In UK The Lego game sold 3k, and the rest was the same, except that NSMBU came at last.  And in Germany, SM3DW sold 2k, next is NSLU, NSMBU, Mario and Sonic, and Wii Party U.
  • DKC: TF was released today! And with it, a Tropical version of the eShop!
  • According to NewEgg (and hopefully), we will create custom tracks in MK 8!
  • In Japan, DK sold through 35% of initial shipments. Which means Nintendo shipped ~100k units. 
  • BLOCK DROP U will release on March 6th, for only $1.99!
  • Diddy Kong is back!
