Did anyone honestly see it coming that these would look that good? I didn't expect it. Both look great with PS4 winning in some areas like with smoke effects, res, AA, and some texture details, imo, while X1 has some great shining moments with texture clarity and a nice crisp image all around. Most everything is a wash between the two.

Not the full story and I am sure you knew that.
MS has an NDA until the 12th, but they couldn't fully review the PS4 version because Sony's online network kept crashing after each match and they felt it would be unfair to review the game until Sony can fix it.

Unfortunately, at this time, we can't provide final verdicts for either the Xbox One or PS4 versions of the game. Microsoft has specified that review scores must be held until November 12th at 9:00AM PST, and we were not given the opportunity to play the Xbox One version's multiplayer component. Regarding PS4, there were serious stability issues that repeatedly led to crashes after multiplayer matches concluded. As the PS4 is still more than two weeks away from its November 15th launch date, it seems premature to assume that this issue will not be resolved — and penalizing the game this far from the PS4's launch doesn't seem especially fair. We will further evaluate both next generation versions of Battlefield 4 once they launch on their respective platforms next month.
Why does the Xb version look more clear? Wth i thought the ps4 version would be much better than x1.

Yup, they look like they took the same image and washed out one, and darkend the other. Weird.

Iam geting a ps4 I have it prep ordered I'm not geting xbone what so ever.
But this video the game looks great on both consoles

PS4 have global illumination while Xbone not... I think that help to get darker... and MS didn't fixed the color gama from 360 too.
Wow. Great for PS4. Cant wait to get PS4 (Next year).
