Like others have stated. He hasn't confirmed anything. You could twist what he said around 100 different ways. Well. That's an exaggeration but you know what I mean.

These rumors are just stupid.
There are trucks driving around the world that let people play the Xbox One right now and there are VERY few reports of consoles freezing. In fact, there are less reports than I expected for a console + games before launch.

Interesting point is that twitter kinds of kills the no comment on rumors companies like to do. If you comment on one rumor then being quite on another whether true or not makes the rumor seems true. So now if a company does not respond to a rumor then you know its probably true.
Case in point would be the driveclub rumor that it was delayed. People were hammer twitter asking if it was true before Sony was ready to release the info.
One of the problems with the net is that everything is made into a big deal. Neither console is out but you get negative stuff here or there and people are willing to run with it. Could there be problems with the OS and XBL, probably so but if anyone has did any development, those are the crunch time moments. Getting everything smoothed out without bugs is what happen in development and sometimes its all the way up to release.
Personally I unually never judge a product until release and this year, I am not getting either the X1 or PS4 on release.

There are also reports saying if you press the "Back to OS button" at these truck events, you are IMMEDIATELY removed from the truck.....
Fact is: None of the OSes of either console are anywhere near finished. Given the complexity of the XBox One's three OSes, I'm more inclined to think Sony is more ready than MS.
