b) Whatever VGC counts I count, and it's very likely that they will count Vita TV numbers. (If they don't we will add Media Create numbers for Vita TV)

Layton probably won't push many consoles, I mean it might push more then Batman, but really after Pokemon, Zelda's pretty much the only game that will make a difference. Remember we're looking at worldwide sales, not just Europe.
