Wonder how well it will run without the cloud though. On the bright side the PS4 version might come with millions of dlc titans, skins and maps included.

LOL it will run just fine!  In fact when it comes out on PS4 running just as well, if not better:  We can all have a good laugh at "The Power of The Cloud" BS...

Wait i thought Titanfall was launching this year??

I'm getting this for PC regardless, but if this does release on PS4........then I see very little reason to get a 360 over a PS4.

Are you guys saying that this game will run on dedicated servers including the AI another other stuff processing on those servers or are you saying the game will play just as well if not better doing P2P on the PS4??

We're saying even the PS2 had dedicated servers.  FYI MAG on the PS3 has 256 players on dedicated servers with exactly ZERO lag.  "The Cloud" is just marketing hype man.  Any console can have cloud servers and Sony just bought an entirely cloud based company...

Thats not clpud processing. You have to have online to play the game. Because the game will not run without.

Titanfall processes all AI in the cloud not on the local Xbox One Processor. It also processes physics in the cloud and fiefights etc on the otherside of the map all dont in the cloud.

Its not about lag and how many players.

Thats what the user is referring to. Sony dont have servers or enough ( 3 per console ) to do that with PS4. They havent once said they can when asked about Cloud Processing on the PS4.

No they said they definately could:

Also if Titanfall needs these magic servers, then why can it run on PC?  Oh that's right because anything, even a tablet, can use servers.   Sony has plenty of servers it can use (Though it will probably just use some of EA's thousands of servers...)

Um... the PC and 360 versions use the Azure cloudy goodness as well. You're right about one thing, all the devices can use a server. Its not the server access that is important here, its what these servers can do.

A franchise that sells 2-3mi each game with not so spetacular Meta Score is a a mediocre franchise, not from my standars but from what people here seems to belive.

Besides, we should not take for granted that any game that no one played yet will be good, bad or mediocre. Next Naught Dog could be a bomb, and Killzone SF could be a outstanding game.

What I´m trying to say is that for now Titanfall, a game that many "specialists" say is a fantastic game is a exclusive to a console that people here just hate, and hope it will came out to a console that they love.

For now the game is a Xbox excluse, and looks like to be a system seller when it is relesed.

The chances Titanfall going to the PS4 is if the game is a realy success on the PC and on the XOne. If its a shit game will people crave for a PS4 port?

Sorry to burst your bubble but Killzone 2 has a metacritic of 91, and 3 has a metacritic of 84. Hardly "mediocre". Killzone looks like a system seller too, it's all personal preference.

a 360?

yes......because Titanfal is a 360 game after all right?

My bad, but just I find Titanfall to be the crown jewel on the XBOne lineup, and if it goes multiplatform, well......it's kind of a repeat of what happened to the big 360 exclusives like Mass Effect, Lost Planet, Elder Scrolls, Bioshock, etc.

History repeats itself.

Again do you really think Sony cannot provide ample servers?  They own an entire server company and have countless games that run on dedicated servers (Far more than on 360).
