True.  But I actually thought it was already confrimed as a timed exclusive, I guess I assumed that and in my head it became that.  I can't see how it wont be just a timed exclusive, when was the last time EA did a PS or Xbox exclusive?  I dont care either way... why does it matter?  Also, if the game comes out a year later on PS4 and its been available for ONE and PC all that time then it will get a very lukewarm reception wont it?

Well past examples definitely indicate that a timed exclusivety of a year is more than enough time to build the dedicated fanbase of a game on one platform, just look at Bioshock.

Which is how it should be treated. In this case, however, the hints have been there, not just rumor (MGS4, for example, was umored to be coming to the 360, and as we know, that never happened or will happen). But still, it will always be rumor until confirmation.

Normally I'd agree but be honest, I know you were one of the guys denying it till the bitter end, but if you look at it now, there had been plenty of indicators that the Driveclub rumour was true before the announcements.

Ok, that is the reason for the exclusivety. Get people interested in buying a console. For now Sony has only Killzone, a mediocre franchise, and the promesse of some thing big from Naught Dog next year or 2015.

i guess it was because of the CBOAT leak. if i remember correctly he confirmed the game, said it will be shown at MS E3 and said it would be a timed console exclusive. and i think after that people just knew it was a timed console exclusive. at least thats my take on it.

killzone is a mediocre franchise? sure it is. killzone 2/3 would say other wise. 

what about infamous? driveclub? the order? knack? hell divers? rime? everybody is gone to the rapture? shadow of the beast? Deep down? yazuka? sony only has killzone and a "promesse"?.

 just a "promise" of a naughty dog game? no, its been confirmed they have a game, and anybody with a right mind can tell you that they do. they also have unannounced tittles from Guerrila Games, media molecule, naughty dog, quantic dream and Sony Santa monica, as well as every other studio from all 14. studios sony owns. 

but this thread is about TitanFall, so please stay on that subject. i wont respond to any other of your posts or anybody who replies to me on for that matter.

It's gonna be sooooo hard to live with Killzone: SF this fall.  Oh how will I cope?!  I guess I will just have to play the living crap out of the "Mediocre" game that has more preorders in just the US than Ryse, Forza, and Dead Rising 3 combined...
